I work in Coffee Industry and my goals was creating a refreshing aperitivo cocktail for After-work Coffee Shops.
Ingredients:

Sweet Vermouth

London Dry Gin
Instructions:
Start with the Espresso Foam:
Pour into Syphon
40g Espresso
20g Simple Sirup
20g Passionfruit Juice
Infuse with Nitrogen gas. Shake and wait.
Prepare Garnish:
1 Orange Peel that you will squeeze in the end.
Negroni Base
Mixing equal parts:
Vermouth
London Dry Gin
Campari
Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Adding Ice and stir to cool down and control dilution.
Pour the Negroni Base over a big round ice cube into your glass and top with the warm Espresso Foam. Garnish with the Orange Peel.
