"The Third Rail | Crafted Pour"

"Hello friends! I never turn down a chance to use branded glassware, and I was super excited today for The Third Rail. I got to use my favorite absinthe and its associated glass in making today's drink, even though I sadly killed the bottle, and my absinthe lives on in a travel spritzer bottle that I liberated a dash from. The other parts of this drink are equal parts white rum, cognac, and apple brandy, but I find more of a rum and cognac flavor than anything. The absinthe brings just a touch of astringency, while the apple brandy seems to be completely lost. Regardless, this was a nice little sipper to continue the week strong. Cheers!", "undefined", "The Third Rail",
