The Negroni is the first cocktail I ever made when I first got into home mixing. At the time I thought it was pretty good but I couldn't get past the bitterness so I never made it again. I figured I'd revisit it with a topical riff and I'm glad I did. This turned out great! The infusions really enhance all the existing flavours in the rum, vermouth and Campari and the pineapple takes that slight edge off of the Campari
Ingredients:
- Coconut Oil Washed Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
- Banana Infused Carpano Antica Vermouth
Instructions:
Stir everything with ice and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Express orange peel over top and garnish with an orange twist
