I have been saving my peach-infused rum for quite some time. Recent Spring breezes were just the push I needed to break it out from the freezer and get to work. I wanted something in the style of a MULE but as usual, I put my spin on it. The peach-infused rum and the rum-infused peaches - NEED I SAY MORE? I have been saving my peach-infused rum for quite some time. Recent Spring breezes were just the push I needed to break it out from the freezer and get to work. I wanted something in the style of a MULE but as usual, I put my spin on it. The peach-infused rum and the rum-infused peaches - NEED I SAY MORE? Ingredients:
- Tiki Lovers Rum
- Peach Puree
Instructions:
Infuse rum with peaches and keep in the freezer.
When ready to use, shake over ice and pour into a glass lined with rum-infused peaches. Add ice, lime juice, and peach puree, and top with Reed’s Ginger Beer.
