"#whatifwednesday TLDR: would you do shots on a date? 🍵 Are you ever too old to do shots with your friends? I hope not. I did enjoy a mezcal flight on a date a few months ago, but was classy about it and sipped each glass slowly to taste the different flavors of the aging process. And speaking of classy, here’s an elevated riff on the Green Tea shot: 🍵 “Tea for Two” 1 oz bourbon - I used the very smooth @shadowridgedistillery 1 oz apricot liqueur - I used @luxardousa 1 oz iced green tea with honey and lemon - I used Kashmiri Kahwa Spice green tea by @vahdamindia Shake ingredients with ice for 15 seconds. Strain into shot glasses - or cordial glasses if you’re feeling extra fancy - and garnish with tiny lemon peels and blue shimmer dust if you have it.
