Ingredients: - Old Harbor San Miguel Southwestern Gin - Cilantro Snap Pea Syrup Instructions: To make the syrup, start with a 1:1 ratio of sugar to water and heat to dissolve the sugar. Add in snap peas and bring to a boil. Leave to cool for a few minutes, then add the cilantro. Leave to infuse for 2 hours then strain and chill in the refrigerator.
