"Widow's Lust | Crafted Pour"

"Coming back to another Punch recipe (this time much better formatted) I was looking for a cocktail to riff on with my Toasted Pecan infused Yellow Chartreuse. Deke Dunne’s improved Widow’s Kiss seemed to be the perfect recipe to subvert to add a subtle nuttiness to a beautiful stirred autumnal sipper. This cocktail came out delightful, upping the Chartreuse but keeping the rest of the main base the same. Adding pecan wood smoke and chilli oil changes the presentation and aroma while still keeping the intent intact. This was absolutely delicious, pecan smoke and toasted pecan flavor poking through the herbal, minty and spiced deliciousness of the liqueurs while the aged fruit brandies held up exceedingly well to these adjustments. I quite enjoyed this one and I hope you’ll give it a try! Cheers!", "undefined", "Widow's Lust",
