Here is something to celebrate Halloween.
Ingredients:
- Blanco Tequila
- Cointreau
Instructions:
Start by using tape to tape off a section of the glass to salt the rim in the shape of the bottom of a ghost. Using a brush, paint the area of the glass with lime juice or simple syrup to get the salt to stick. After salting, remove tape and add fresh ice to glass. In a cocktail shaker, add remaining ingredients and shake with ice until the shaker is frosted and the cocktail is chilled. Strain into glass and garnish with two cocktail cherries for glowing red eyes.
