Ingredients: - Ardbeg 10 Single Malt Whiskey - Maple Syrup Instructions: Stir everything except the foam with ice and strain into a chilled brandy snifter. Top with the foam. Guinness Stout Foam: Add a bottle of Guiness Beer and 1/2tsp Xanthan Gum Powder to an iSi Whipper. Charge with NO2. Ed's Coffee Bitters: 2tsp Coarsely Ground Coffee Beans - 4oz Lemon Hart 151 for 2 hours 1/8tsp nutmeg 1/4tsp Cocoa nibs 5 cube berries 2 green cardamom Pods, shell removed 1/8 Madagascar vanilla bean 1/8tsp Sri Lankan cinnamon chunks 2oz Lemon Hart 151 For 3.5 hours 1 tsp Calamus root - 2oz Lemon Hart 151 - 3.5 hours Combine all the liquids and add: 2oz water 0.5tsp sugar 1oz molasses incorporate over low heat.
