Ingredients:
- Rose Infused London Dry Gin
- Lavender Honey Syrup
Instructions:
Garnish a chilled Nick & Nora glass with a Lavender Sugar Rim. Shake everything with ice and strain into glass.
Rose Infused Gin:
Steep 8g of rose petals in 750ml of London Dry Gin for 1H30m to 2H. Strain out the petals. You'll know it's done when petals are yellow
2:1 Lavender Honey Syrup:
You'll need 1/8th cup of Lavender for every 1 cup of honey. Make 2:1 honey syrup over the stove. Once it's done throw the lavender in and stir. Cover and let cool. Strain out the lavender.
Lavender Sugar:
Grind up a bit of lavender. Add some superfine sugar (aka berry sugar) to a bowl and add the ground lavender to taste. You won't need much lavender.
