I started with the Aperol but Campari comes through better and I really wanted to reduce the bitterness a bit more so adding some simple syrup and upped the strawberries after a few tests.
I think one can even have some raspberry syrup to up the raspberry flavors even more OR if you want more bitterness add a bit more Campari of course.

- London Dry Gin
- Campari
Instructions:
Muddle the strawberries then add all ingredients and shake with ice to chill. You really want to utilize the scent of the rosemary as garnish since it really makes an impact. Add a raspberry wedge as extra garnish to emphasize the raspberry tones.
