"Next up in my series of local rum punches, this one is my partner’s favorite. Named for our little apartment in the heart of the city when we first moved home from Ontario.
This is what happens when I use these delicious local berries and seasonings, I’ve basically left tiki behind here—not that I’m upset about that.
This tart, sweet and slightly creamy cooler has notes that bring to mind strawberry sundaes topped with nuts, with floral notes from the bitters punching through. Delicious.

Ingredients:
- Aged Demerara Rum
- Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add lots of ice and shake well. Fine strain into a highball glass. Garnish with fresh berries, a lemon wedge, and a mint sprig.
