Breakfast in Lima - Barsol Pisco Recipe
This is an adaptation by Argentinian barman Federico Cuco (aka Fedecuco), of the modern classic Breakfast Martini, created by the great Salvatore Calabrese in 1996, inspired in the traditional English breakfast, with a structure of a White Lady and marmalade.
Ingredients:
- Barsol Acholado Pisco
- Orange Liqueur
Instructions:
1. In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients, Pisco, orange liqueur, lime juice and orange marmalade.
2. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with orange twist.
