This is named for the Quiet Birdmen, a secretive drinking club of American Aviators. By Don the Beachcomber.
Ingredients:
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresh Orange Juice
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except soda with crushed ice and pour into a hurricane glass. Top with soda water and more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig bouquet.
A little crushed ice dome on the top of the drink makes a huge difference in the visual appeal, and presents an "overflowing" drink without actually spilling over!
