Aperol Coconut Sour
By Stan Bissell,
This delicious and creamy cocktail tastes like a creamsicle with just a bit of bitterness from the Aperol. This will be a perfect drink for a hot summer day. Make sure to use coconut cream, rather than coconut milk; the coconut cream gives it the sweetness needed to balance the drink.
Ingredients:
- Aperol
- London Dry Gin
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice), then add a large ice cube and shake until cold. Double strain into a coupe. I garnished it with a bit of dehydrated grapefruit.
