I had a watermelon lying around and a frozen cocktail felt like the perfect way to handle the oppressive weather we’ve been having lately.
Ingredients:

Dented Brick Antelope Island Rum

Frozen Seedless Watermelon
Instructions:
First, cut fresh, seedless watermelon into cubes and freeze. Once they’re frozen you’re ready to go. Add all the ingredients into your blender and blend until your slushy texture of choice. Pour into a stemless wine glass or hurricane. Add a straw and garnish with a small slice of watermelon. Serves 2. Sip and cool off with someone you love.
