Gin and Orgeat are swapped for rum and simple syrup. This is my own homage to Steve’s specs and leaning in on the tropical fruit and floral notes. Strawberry infused Campari, and several floral additions from the Orange Blossom water and hydro sol create an amazing tropical sipper that still maintains some of the traditional notes from the OG Jungle Bird. Enjoy 🤙! Ingredients: - Adventure Series Gin - Lime Juice Instructions: Spritz a double old fashioned glass with rose and geranium mist. Set aside with large ice cube to temper. Add remaining ingredients ( minus the orange blossom water) to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and double strain over the large ice cube. Add orange blossom water drops to the top of the drink and garnish with pineapple fronds and a maraschino cherry. ⁣ Tropical
