For this I wanted to keep to a classic template, the daiquiri, but mix it, make it a little tropical, a little modern.
Ingredients:
- Unaged Rhum Agricole
- Green Chartreuse
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with cubed ice. Coupe Shake for 12-15 seconds. Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe. Double strain into rinsed coupe.
