"I’ve been on a beer cocktail kick lately, though this is the first one I’m choosing to post. I grabbed this interesting recipe from Liquor.com. They called for different Mezcal and beer but this came out pretty tasty anyway, though it’s not my favorite drink I’ve made of late. I love the flavor profile and it’s still fairly balanced, but I think the flavors of the fruity IPA contrasted where the bitter ale called for bolstered the bitterness of the Campari. Not detestable in any way (I did finish it) but I think I’ll have to keep looking to find a beer highball I enjoy better. Cheers to expirimentation and not wasting good beer!",
