A summery sounding drink that works really well in the winter. The gin has a nice mix of botanicals that play well with the thyme and grains of paradise infused Lillet. The olive bitters dry it out, it vaguely martini-esque. It reminds me of a snowy day, not that I have much experience with those ππ. Cheers yβall!!
Ingredients:
- Ewing Young Mianda's Oregon Summer Gin
- Grains Of Paradise-infused Lillet Blanc
Instructions:
Dry shake, add ice, shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice and fresh thyme.
