Inspired by a friend who brought over a bottle of 1800 Coconut Tequila, I decided create something tropical with some fruity flavours. Turned out sweet, tangy and creamy. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1800 Coconut Tequila
- Soho Lychee Liqueur
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients, except egg whites, to a shaker filled with ¾ ice.
2. Shake and strain contents to mixing glass (wet shake).
3. Add egg whites to mixing glass contents and shake again, without ice (dry shake).
4. Pour contents into a martini or coupe glass.
5. Garnish and serve!
