Ingredients: - White Wine - Fresh Lemon Juice Instructions: Clear Spring Day 4 oz white wine (mineraly and tart- like a Sauvignon blanc) 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 3/4 oz ginger liqueur or ginger syrup 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur 2 dashes aromatic bitters Combine all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake well, 5-7 seconds.
