10 asked for a “pink, sparkly mocktail” for her Barbie-themed birthday party.
Of course, I had to oblige. It’s her “Sparkly Pink Drink"!
Ingredients:
- Rose Sparkling Grape Juice (like Welch’s)
- Pink Lemonade
Instructions:
1 bottle Sparkling juice
1 bottle pink lemonade
Pink and silver edible glitter
Grenadine
Pour a full bottle of sparkling juice like Welch’s Sparkling Rose Grape Juice into a pitcher. Fill the rest of the pitcher (about half the bottle) with a pink lemonade (I used Simply Juice pink lemonade). Add a splash of grenadine and stir gently.
Add a good pinch of pink glitter and a small pinch of silver glitter to a glass, pour your drink over top. Stir if needed.
To make into a cocktail, use a rose champagne in place of the sparkling juice.
