"Big Bird | Crafted Pour"

"When I saw this Thor x Tiki Farm mug pop up on a local vintage seller’s Instagram, I had to swipe it up immediately. Random/cool modern mugs do NOT pop up here. Period. I’ve gotten a handful of great—and common—vintage Orchids mugs, but nothing like this. I obviously had to make something with a heap of Galliano to christen it, so I went with the infinitely riffable Jungle Bird. Since Galliano is super sweet, and basically Campari’s opposite, I dialed back the syrup while upping the lime. I used a pair of Canadian bitters to bring back some of that bite. All in all a delicious drink. It’s big and yellow and a Jungle Bird, so I named it for the big man on the street himself.
