"Skeeters Honker Burger Sipper | Crafted Pour"

"One of the original heavy hitters of the Nickelodeon lineup, Doug was created by James Jinkins. The show follows the titular character navigating life as the new kid in a suburban town. The show was infinitely relatable with storylines focusing on relationships, school, family dynamics and adolescent drama. The best part of this show was the cast of unforgettable supporting characters. The first episode, we are introduced to Skeeter (Doug’s soon to be best friend). Skeeter is first person to welcome Doug to the scene and helps him place an order at the Honker Burger. Skeeter is a self confident, consistently optimistic character that is just cool! (Did I mention he is blue?!?) With that in mind I wanted to do a rum cocktail the puts you into laid back mentality of Skeeter. This recipe is an adaptation of Greg from How to Drink’s recipe for Star Wars Blue Milk - his was a non alcoholic slushy and is amazing in its own right (seriously go watch the video because its great). I tinkered with the specs to cut the sweetness, up the orange factor leave room to allow the included rum to make itself known. The end result is something tropical and fresh that you can sip on and relax while the sun goes down and the streetlight tick on. Cheers 🤙!", "undefined", "Skeeters Honker Burger Sipper",
