"Real Streets of Cabbagetown | Crafted Pour"

"This drink came as a challenge from my followers: I created another drink called "Cabbagetown", referring to an area of Toronto, and several people actually expected there to be cabbage in the drink! I enjoy savory/food-inspired cocktails (and a good challenge), so this is what I came up with. This martini riff takes a split base of cabbage-infused gin (which is beautifully purple and not nearly as weird as you might think), potato-based vodka, and aquavit. Along with dry vermouth and celery bitters, it creates a wonderfully savory cocktail full of vegetal and peppery notes. The cabbage is present, but not overpowering or offputting. Please see my website for details on the cabbage infusion-- it's not difficult, and definitely worth trying if you are feeling adventurous!", "undefined", "Real Streets of Cabbagetown",
