This was the most labor intensive cocktail Iv ever created. I wanted to see how far I could push this During the month of September @remymartinus and @vinepair paired up to create a cocktail competition.   This was the most labor intensive cocktail Iv ever created. I wanted to see how far I could push this "modern" theme. So I used saline, two different forms of clarification, acid-adjusting, an infusion, super juice, and blue spiralina.   Ingredients: - Aged Barbados Rum - Cognac Instructions: First milk wash the cocktail by combining all the ingredients, except milk, into a pitcher. Stir to combine until all the spirulina is dissolved. Add milk to a bowl. Slowly add pitcher ingredients to the bowl while whisking. Strain the mixture through a rinsed coffee filter, into a jar, for 5 minutes. At the 5 minute mark move the funnel to a new jar and pour the filter cocktail back into the lined funnel. Let the cocktail strain until there are no more drops coming through the funnel.     Measure out 3.5oz and pour into a chilled mixing glass. Add cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds until outside of mixing glass is frosty. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish and enjoy.   Spirit Forward,Tropical,Sours,Essentials,Originals
