The full name is really Raspberry Passion Fruit Tequila Sour. Having a cocktail I’m planning to do in a couple of days requires some passion fruit syrup so I prepared the syrup a bit ahead of time. When casually going through my selection of spirits finding some tequila I started googling for a tequila and passion fruit combo and came across this one that sounded interesting. The original recipe had vanilla but I am skipping that and also adding some egg white since I felt for some froth. Ingredients: - Tequila - Lemon Juice Instructions: Add rasperries with the syrup in a shaker and then do some muddling. Add the rest of the ingredients and dry shake with the egg white. Add ice and shake to chill then double strain into a petite glass. The syrup is a simple 1:1 where I had about 3dl sugar and 3dl water and 4 passion fruits. Just added it all in the pan and let the sugar dissolve and added a couple of minutes for the passion fruit to sit. Done and done!
