"If you need a good way to get rid of Chartreuse (no one should ever face this problem), this recipe by Tyler and Elise with @junglehaus.cocktails is one way to go.
Or if you have yourself a new bottle of absinthe and want to experience it almost full force, this recipe is an option.
I went without the mint since a quick grocery store run seemed like too big of an obstacle for me. Tyler & Elise also recommend a barspoon of green creme de menthe or simple syrup to the drink. Despite adding none of those things, I felt like it wasn’t missing anything.
BUT I did throw in some pineapple fronds, which you can pluck off a pineapple and store in the freezer for any time you desire a garnish that you could accidentally poke your eyeballs with.
