Mostly unchanged besides a slight ratio adjustment and local rum blend, the main change is swapping local partridgeberry in for the passionfruit. While their flavour profiles are worlds apart, the balance of tart and sweet is very similar, so it’s a substitution that I love to make when localizing exotic libations!
