But now-a-days we have access to great Mezcal and it’s having its time in the sun.
The inspiration for this cocktail came from the flavors of fire roasted pineapple.
Ingredients:
- Mezcal Joven
- Dark Jamaican Rum
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with pebble ice. Whip shake for 5-8 seconds. Add pebble ice to a snifter. Open pour contents of shaking tin into the glassware. Garnish with a mint sprig.
