"My friend made a Negroni and Tonic recently and I was shocked I’d never thought to combine the two myself but knew instantly I would have to. I took a little detour by going for mezcal instead of gin, and swapped the orange/lavender garnish for grapefruit/rosemary. This was super tasty and refreshing on a beautiful spring day, an incredible mashup between two of my favorite cocktails to sub mezcal for gin. It’s not low ABV but it still works. And the lower calorie Q Spectacular Tonic is made with agave so it paired well with the mezcal",
