"Hello friends! It was a hot one today which was perfect weather for a blended piña colada! Today's cocktail was sweetened and blueified (technical term) with blue curaçao, which created a wonderfully textured sky blue version of the classic cocktail. The coconut cream was lovely and bright, and added a nice frothy head to the drink. Overall this was well balanced with the pineapple juice and wasn't overly sweet as some piña coladas can be. I was pretty impressed with how this turned out and will definitely be blending these up again! Cheers!",

Ingredients:
- Light Rum
- Blue Curaçao
Instructions:
1. Fill blender with light rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a goblet.
