This complex and tasty whiskey mashed perfectly with herbal notes of sage and fruity notes of rich blackberries. Ingredients: - Shadow Ridge Rice Whiskey - Fresh Blackberries Instructions: 1. Add blackberries and simple syrup to a cocktail Shaker. Muddle the blackberries until Pureed. 2. Add sage leaves and gently press on the leaves using a muddler. Do not tear apart the leaves. 3. Add Whiskey, lime juice and ice. shake for 10-15 seconds. 4. Strain into your glass of choice using either over fresh ice or neat. Preferably you want to use a fine mesh strainer to catch any seeds and pulp. 5. Add the soda water, garnish and enjoy. Refreshing,Fall,Light & Refreshing,Originals
