This was ice cold and by allowing the smoke to attach to the absinthe and condensation brought in huge flavor that smoking the glass alone usually doesn’t allow for. Ingredients: - High West Double Rye - Mezan Single Barrel Rum Instructions: Spritz Absinthe in a rocks glass. Smoke with hickory smokeboard.
