"Cookstown Rum Punch | Crafted Pour"

"Putting together a new little series of drinks since I loved the Richmond Rum Punch I made back in February so much. Combining local ingredients with the exotic is what I love more than anything else, and there just so happens to be five each of Dark Tickle’s berry syrups and the Newfoundland Distillery Company’s bitters. With a plethora of local rums to choose from, the formula is perfect. Bringing together partridgeberry and passionfruit isn’t new for me, but this punch is my favorite using the pair. The balance of sweet and tart they have is almost identical, but the flavors themselves couldn’t be more different and a terrific contrast.
