This is by Joe Scialom, one of the triumvirate "Bastard" cocktails along with 'Suffering' and 'Dying' bastards.
Ingredients:
- BG Reynolds Lime Cordial Cocktail Syrup
- Gin
Instructions:
Shake all but ginger beer with cubes and dump into a tall collins glass or cooler. Add ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice and mint spring.
Very refreshing summery drink. You can make a Dying Bastard by adding Brandy, or a Dead Bastard by adding Brandy and Rum.
