"One weekend, I went to a fancy pizza place downtown and asked the server if I could exchange the chorizo for prosciutto on my pizza. She said she’d be right back—she had to speak with the chef and manager to see if that was possible. Upon her return: “Um, the chef highly recommends that you do not make that substitution. We’d really advise you against it.” 40% of me: Heck yeah I respect that—it’s your menu, your craft, you’re a chef, I trust your judgment. Another 40%: WTF?! Who are you to say you understand my taste buds better than I do?! The last 20%: I must be an idiot who knows nothing about flavor. The 60% won out and I got the pizza with chorizo as it was originally intended. It was really good… I’m sure it would’ve been good with prosciutto too though. The 60% won out and I got the pizza with chorizo as it was originally intended. It was really good… I’m sure it would’ve been good with prosciutto too though.

Ingredients: - Gin - Batavia Arrack Instructions: Shake everything but the Mixicles with ice and strain into a cocktail glass with Lavender Peach Mixicles. If omitting the Mixicles, you may want to add a barspoon of gum syrup for a bit of extra sweetness. Refreshing,Light & Refreshing,Shaken,Tart
