This started out as a virgin painkiller, but I found it too sweet without the rum to balance it, so I backed off the pineapple juice and swapped the OJ for lime juice, which makes it more of a piña colada with nutmeg. It’s the classic tropical cocktail taste without the alcohol.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple Juice
- Cream Of Coconut
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish generously with nutmeg. Alternatively, for more of a piña colada style, blend the ingredients and serve in a hurricane glass with a pineapple wedge and a little umbrella.
