"Baby, Why So Sour? | Crafted Pour"

"Feeling rushed to use up the absurd amount of baby carrot syrup I made I decided to throw it in a classic sour template with some decidedly un-classic additions. Cognac and lemon ≠ sidecar but there are for sure some similar notes. Throwing in some yellow chartreuse and grapefruit bitters ups the proof and flavor with sweet honey and bitter citrus notes to round out the vegetal carrot vibes. I will say about the photo, I kind of hate it. Bought this sky paper to give a whirl but I feel like it didn’t work out how I thought it might but whatever right? Any which way, the cocktail was fantastic and hit all the right notes and I’m pretty damn proud of the foam here. Cheers!", "undefined", "Baby, Why So Sour?",
