Also, since we're adding a bit of Halloween spirit, I figured it appropriate to add a picture of the pumpkin who was sacrificed for this spirited concoction! The pumpkin's name is "Abygaelle" 🎃

Ingredients:
- Tequila Blanco
- Citrus Liqueur
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, give it a shake, and strain it out!
The recipe I used for the orgeat combines:
4 oz (118 ml) of toasted pumpking seeds,
8 oz (236 ml) of water, and
8 oz (236 ml) of sugar
(or just a 1:2:2 part ratio)
Blend the seeds on they're own until powdered, then slowly add water then sugar while keeping the blend on the lowest setting. Strain through a coffee filter or some cheese cloth, and voila, orgeat!
