"Shrub-a-Dub Tonic (non-alcoholic) | Crafted Pour"

"When my friend @shelby.mastro invited me to participate in a mocktail post I was both nervous and excited: nervous because I’ve never posted a mocktail and excited to give it a shot! My go-to mocktail is really not a mocktail: bitters and tonic. But when I say bitters, I mean like 20 dashes of celery, cucumber, Angostura, etc. And at that volume it’s still about 1/2 oz or so of strong alcohol. So for this challenge I was very happy to have some alcohol-free bitters on hand from El Guapo! Combined with my infamous banana pepper shrub, fresh lime juice and mint we have a long, bubbly mocktail bursting with flavor and lookin’ pretty good to boot! I’m becoming quite good at balancing regular cocktails but without the alcohol component we have to rely on bitters, vinegar, tonic or all three to get there and this actually worked out insanely well! This is a great day to remember that even though our hobby here on drinkstagram revolves around alcohol, we don’t have to always be drinking it to get all the fun and flavor from a cocktail. Cheers!", "undefined", "Shrub-a-Dub Tonic (non-alcoholic)",
