I’ve made quite a few White Ladies - and since raspberries is something I eat for breakfast every day slipping in some raspberry syrup was a natural ingredient to add to this little lovely thing. So this is basically a Clover Club / White Lady mashup that is just yum in a glass so we’ll leave it at that.

Ingredients: - London Dry Gin - Cointreau Instructions: The syrup is a 1:1 water/sugar ratio with as many raspberries you can afford - or use around 5 raspberries per ounce of sugar/water as I did. :) Add all ingredients in a shaker, dry shake (no ice) vigorously to get the froth from the egg white going and hold on for dear life since the shaker will expand, then add ice to chill and double strain.
