Mardis Gras just happened and I felt like I had to make a classic New Orleans cocktail. Then I made some jambalaya and listened to some jazz. Felt like I was right there in New Orleans.
Ingredients:

Angostura Bitters

Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions:
Add ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled glass and express lemon oils over the top of the drink. Enjoy! :)
