"Celebrated April Fools Day with a tasty drink. I got a bottle of Prospect Reserve whiskey from Two Eagles Distillery and immediately thought of California prospectors (completely normal thought, right?). This classic rendition of a Gold Rush cocktail uses honey syrup and edible gold glitter. For the garnish, I shaped a sugar cube into more of a nuggety form (pretty sure nuggety is a word) and topped it with gold glitter to create an edible golden nugget.
No fooling around on this one. This drink will have you feeling like you struck gold and rushing to get another.

FOOL’S GOLD
Ingredients:
- Two Eagles Prospect Reserve Whiskey
- Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into chilled glass with large ice cube. Garnish with gold sugar cube.
