Ad/ I’m big on using commercial syrups for ingredients that are hard to find or a pain to work with, but I of course don’t want to sacrifice quality. BG Reynold’s Passionfruit syrup delivers with all real ingredients and sugar and awesome flavor! Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Plantation 3 Star
- 1/2 oz Caravedo Pisco
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz BG Reynolds Passion Fruit Tropical Cocktail Syrup
- 2 dash(es) Hella Eucalyptus Bitters
- 6 ea Mint Leaves
- 1 float Club Soda

Mint and Lime Wheel
Shake & Double Strain
Add syrup lime juice and mint leaves to a shaker tin and muddle gently. Add spirits, bitters and ice and shake well. Double strain into a highball glass over a clear ice spear. Garnish with mint and a lime wheel. Top with soda.
