"I appreciate my friends for putting me onto this cocktail because my GOD was it delicious! The only modification is I used an aged Rhum Agricole instead of unaged but it worked out super well. The Yellow Chartreuse and Cocchi Americano are a match made in heaven combined with the solid Asombroso Blanco and Clemènt’s excellent VSOP Rhum. The most inspired part of this recipe is the addition of celery bitters; even one dash elevates the tequila and rounds out the sweetness with a bitter vegetal note. It’s no exaggeration when I say this is easily in the top ten stirred cocktails I’ve ever had! ",
