One of those was the Tropic of Cancer by @chaddaustin. It was amazing! Chad subs out the gin for unaged Rhum agricole and the vermouth for Passionfruit liqueur.
So I started looking over my bottles and asked, what other liqueur could I use?
Well the blue curacao caught my eye.

So I started looking over my bottles and asked, what other liqueur could I use?

Ingredients:
- Aged Jamaican Rum
- Coconut Fat Washed Campari
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a mix glass with cubed ice. stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a double rocks glass over a big ice cube.
