"The green-flower gin infusion is brought to you by a popular representative from the green tea club, Matcha. Such an infusion can be done by mixing in about a spoonful of matcha powder to every 4 oz (120 ml) of gin. The gin will turn a dark brown and the matcha bits will fall to the bottom. Strain the particulates out, and mix away!
Matcha goes well with chocolate and nut based ingredients. Pistachio's a good one, and almond works great too in cocktail forme! The crema that forms as a result of the powder within makes for a great surface to do some designs on if you want to present this in a more artistic way! If I had better stencils, I'd certainly give it a try.",
