"Red Rum Banana Daiquiri | Crafted Pour"

"Red Rum Banana Daiquiri My favorite banana daiquiri recipe but this time I used a red rum from @dentedbrickdistillery. Their Antelope Island Red is made in Salt Lake from dehydrated green sugarcane juice and molasses from Lula Farms right here in my home state of Louisiana! They also use water from a limestone filtered artesian mountain source that flows right into their distillery. The rum is aged in Cabernet wine barrels and has notes of Irish whisky, molasses, grilled brioche bread and malt. It is fruity and rich. It’s got the feel of a whisky with that rum funk to it. I combined the red rum with a sliver rum, banana liqueur, lime, Demerara syrup and allspice dram. The garnish is a beautiful and delicious brûlée’d banana slice. Enjoy!!!
